Yueli life

I have been studying at Yueli for 4 weeks. Life has become more easier for me from the second week. Now, let myslef speak up and talk about what I have experienced here. The first time I came to the class, Patricia and Beata helped me get used to knowing my classmates. I used to have some Chinese classmates who always spoke Chinese when we had discussions. I could not understand and felt I was left behind. However, my classmates at Yueli is very funny and importantly, they speak English. Thank you all. Miso and Wendy think I am cute but they are teasing me. Gr...gr... The first 2 weeks I was so confused for homework and some assignments. There was a lot of paper to read. My first listening log was horrible; it took me "only" 5 hours to find a lecture. I did not sleep that night. The following day, I had the first reading log due but luckily, Patricia already chosed the topic for us, so I did not have to find. I need to thank the virtual Friday, for I get to know the right direction for what I am doing. Now I can do my listening and reading logs faster than before. Everything is now so cool for me, I do not hate school since I rather go to school and talk to friends, teacher instead of sitting alone and playing computer game; it is so unhealthy.

Most exciting moment of the week!

It was on tuesday and wednesday when I played soccer with my classmates and some unknown guys in the gym. The games made me excited since I had not played in one year. On the tuesday, I went to the field for the first time. There was so crowded, it could be 6-7 teams were waitting. My team had to wait for a long time to play and. I am striker but no one wanted to be a goal keeper, I took that spot. Unfortunately, we lost so fast because we had never played as a team before. However, everybody still smiled and hoped for a better game next. When I finished the game and went home, I realized that my shoes got burn by slipping on the floor; my kneels were injured too. I had to walk home around 15 minutes with 2 heavy bags beside. When I got home, I quickly took a bath and had dinner.... Eventhough I am tired, I still happy since I have some new soccer friends at York.
